Collaborations for Change 2023 Conference
August 16 - 17, 2023
Join us August 16 -17 for a virtual event where we will address research and practice in post-secondary mental health.
As a part of the conference program, we will have a keynote presentation by Dr. Chika Stacy Oriuwa, a student roundtable, a panel with Indigenous Elders, and an Indigenous counsellor panel. There will be opportunities for networking as well as mindful meditation breaks. Over our two conference days, we will also have presenters speak on the following conference streams:
- Collaboration and Partnerships
- Decolonization and Indigenization
- Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Accessibility (EDIA)
- Impact
- Systemic Approaches
Collaborations for Change is hosted by UCalgary’s Campus Mental Health Strategy and Best Practices Network in Canadian Higher Education (BP-Net) with support from the Canadian Association of College and University Student Services (CACUSS).
Recorded sessions available for all registrants for six months post-conference
Interested in the conference, but can’t make the dates and/or times? We encourage those interested to still register for the conference. Attendees and registrants will all receive access to view or re-watch presentation recordings for six months post-conference.
Stay tuned for announcements about our 2023
seed grant, program and presenters.
